Terms & Conditions

Redemption

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for goods or services only at The Mona. 

Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase to be valid.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can any remaining balance be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. The date of issue is clearly stated on the gift voucher when purchased.

After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited, and the voucher will be invalid.

Partial Redemption

If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference must be paid using other accepted payment methods.

Any unused balance will remain on the voucher and can be used until the expiry date.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. The Laundy group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacement will be issued.

Non-refundable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

Transferability

Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by any person who presents the voucher at the time of purchase.

Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Vouchers

If you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law for goods or services purchased with a gift voucher, the refund will be provided as a replacement voucher or credit in accordance with our refund policy, unless otherwise required by law.

Fraud

The Laundy Hotels reserves the right to cancel any gift voucher if we believe it has been tampered with, duplicated, or used fraudulently.

General

The terms and conditions of gift vouchers are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.

The Laundy Hotels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, as long as the changes comply with applicable consumer laws.
